Terms of service

Please read these terms before you rent. By creating an account or launching an instance you agree to them.

Updated October 7, 2026

The service

We provide on-demand access to dedicated NVIDIA DGX Spark machines. Each instance runs on a machine that serves one renter at a time. You get root access inside a container, not to the host machine.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, your SSH keys and everything done through them. Keep your private keys secret and tell us promptly if you think an account has been compromised.

Billing and wallet

  • The service is prepaid. You add funds to a wallet and running instances draw it down by the minute.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page. A price change applies only to instances started after it.
  • If your balance is exhausted and the grace period passes, we delete the instance.
  • For questions about a charge or a refund request, contact us. We review requests individually.

Your data

Instance storage is not persistent. When an instance ends, the encryption key for its data volume is destroyed and the data cannot be recovered. You are responsible for copying anything you need before then and for keeping your own backups.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • break the law or host unlawful content;
  • send spam or run other abusive email activity (outbound port 25 is blocked);
  • attack, scan or disrupt other systems or networks;
  • attempt to escape your container, reach other renters' machines or the platform's management network;
  • do anything that puts the shared network address or other renters at risk.

All instances share one public address for outbound traffic, so abuse affects everyone. We keep per-machine connection records, and we may suspend or delete an instance that breaks these rules, without refund of the time used.

Availability

Machines are limited. If none is free, you join a queue. We do not guarantee that a machine will be available at any particular time, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profit, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before it arose.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new version on this page with the date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. Contact details are on the contact page.

Launch when you are ready

Top up, then pick a size. If every machine is busy, waiting in the queue costs nothing.
