What we collect
- Account data: your email address and the SSH public keys you add.
- Billing data: top-up and charge records. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data: when your instances start and stop, which machine they ran on, and the minutes billed.
- Network records: per-machine connection logs, kept so we can investigate abuse of the shared network address.
- Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic request logs.
What we do not collect
We do not read the contents of your instance. Its data lives on an encrypted volume whose key exists only in memory during your rental and is destroyed when the instance ends.
Why we use it
- To provide the service: sign you in, start instances, bill minutes.
- To email you about your account, queue position and low balance.
- To protect the service: detect abuse and investigate incidents.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We share data with the providers that run the service for us, such as payment processing, email delivery and hosting. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Account and billing records are kept while your account is open and for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. Instance data is destroyed when the instance ends.
Your choices
You can remove SSH keys from your account at any time. To ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, contact us using the details on the contact page.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with the date.
